We built this to fix what was broken.
When we started in 2011, most businesses had no clear answer to a simple question: what actually happens to your old equipment? It went somewhere. It got “recycled.” The paper trail ended at pickup, and that was considered acceptable.
We didn't think it was acceptable. So we built OCTGx around the opposite premise — that every device should have a documented lifecycle, every data-bearing asset should be sanitized or destroyed using certified methods, and every downstream partner we work with should be auditable. That's not a marketing claim. It's a requirement of our R2v3 certification, and we hold ourselves to it on every job.
We operate out of the Midwest and we take that seriously. We're not a national aggregator routing your equipment through unknown handlers. We show up, we document it, and we can prove where it went.
Fifteen years later, the premise is the same. The scale has grown. The accountability hasn't changed.

Documentation isn't an add-on. Every device that comes through our facility is tracked from pickup to final disposition. If you need to prove it later, we can prove it.
